Choose the right subsidy for your business with Rev Max

Taking into consideration the recent Budget announcements, now is the ideal time for your organisation to learn more about and consider the Government initiatives that may be available to you.

You may be entitled to a wage subsidy if you employ an eligible job seeker.

  • Sourcing and eligibility checking for work ready job seekers
  • Financial assistance for PPE, pre-employment medicals, D&A testing or relocation costs.

Here is a brief overview of just a few of the current initiatives:

JobMaker Hiring Credit

  • Financial support available to businesses when you create a new job for a job seeker
  • Must work at least 20 paid hours per week on average and had been on JobSeeker, Youth or parenting payment prior to employment. 
  •  For 16 to 29 years old, you may be eligible for $200 per week; or
  • For 30 to 35 years old, you may be eligible for $100 per week
  • Claim through the ATO

Department Wage Subsidies

  • Work ready job seekers with wage subsidies up to $10,000
  • Payable over 6 months
  • Assistance with PPE, supply of tools, re-imburse medical costs or work tickets
  • Assistance with transport or relocation costs

Supporting Apprenticeships and Trainees Wage Subsidy

Receive up to 50% of an apprentice or trainees gross wages over 12 months, up to $7,000 per quarter 

You may be eligible if you:

  • Have less than 200 employees
  • Are using a Group Training organisation to support your apprentice or trainee.

*subject to eligibility

Boosting Apprentices and Trainees Wage Subsidy

Receive up to 50% of an Apprentice or Trainees gross wages over 12 months, up to $7,000 per quarter

  • Capped at 100,000 places nationally
  • Applies from 5 October 2020 to 30 September 2021 (or until national caps have been used)
